Select your child's birthdate to calculate the year of enrolment
Please download and complete the appropriate Enrolment Form above. Please submit your form in-person or via admin@olmchilt.wa.edu.au once you have completed all sections. Ensure you include copies of all required documents.
Your application will not be processed until your Application Fee is paid, this can be done in-person or over the telephone (08) 9269 2000.
Once your Enrolment Form is processed, you will be contacted with further information.

Interviews for Four-Year-Old Kindergarten are conducted early in the year prior to entry.
A $50.00 Application Fee is required for all applications.
Payment of an Application Fee does not guarantee an Interview or an Offer of Enrolment.
At the time of acceptance of an Offer of Enrolment, an enrolment deposit of $250 is charged. The purpose of this charge is to ensure that the acceptance of the offer is bone fide and that the place will be taken up. The fee is non-refundable if enrolment is withdrawn, however the total amount is deducted from the first fee account sent once the enrolment commences.
